Glenn Green – Owner/Operator, Dynamic South, Inc.

Glenn Green is the Owner and Operator of Dynamic South, Inc., a general contracting company specializing in services for the wireless telecommunications industry. He co-founded the company with Joe Feidner in July 2000, after the two met at Tween Waters on Captiva Island—where the idea for Dynamic South was born. Since its incorporation, the company has maintained its principal place of business in St. James City, Florida.

Glenn's roots in the Pine Island community run deep. He spent his childhood summers at his grandparents’ property in Bokeelia, experiences that instilled in him a lasting love for the area. At just eighteen years old, following his graduation from high school in Plantation, FL, Glenn purchased his first home in St. James City. Soon after, he joined the United States Navy, where he proudly served for six years before returning to Pine Island to begin his next chapter.

In 2002, Glenn purchased a portion of his grandparents' land—the same property where he made countless childhood memories—and established it as his permanent home. He lives there today with his wife, Nicki, and has raised their four children on the island. For the past 21 years, Glenn’s life and work have remained closely tied to the Pine Island community, reflecting his deep commitment to the place he has always called home.

James M. Steiner Jr. is a seasoned IT professional, and entrepreneur based on Pine Island, Florida, since 2008 with nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of technology and business. Since 1997, James has developed a versatile career blending IT management, consulting, and accounting expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions that support operational efficiency and financial integrity.

He is the Owner of Waterside Technologies, a consultancy specializing in customized IT strategies and infrastructure solutions, and the IT Manager at The Mulch and Soil Company, where he oversees the company’s IT operations, systems integration, cybersecurity, and digital workflows.

James’s academic foundation includes an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Edison Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Forensic Accounting, giving him unique insight into both technical systems and financial controls. This blend of knowledge enables him to develop IT solutions that align closely with organizational business and accounting needs.

Over the years, James has held pivotal roles including:

* IT Manager for the City of Bonita Springs, overseeing municipal IT infrastructure and public safety systems
